My favorite food at the Craft Services Table
When you work hard, you need to keep yourself sustained throughout the day. Luckily, there is craft services for that. In this blog, I break down a couple of my favorite options at the craft services table!
Salmon in a Cup
It sounds weird, but oh is it delicious! Lox is an amazing protein in the morning. If you have a beautiful spread on the table, make sure to get in early, grab a cup and fill it with lox and a squeeze of lemon. It is an incredible way to sustain yourself to lunch!
Maple Cured Bacon
I didn’t say this blog was going to be 100% healthy. When craft services is in charge of having courtesy breakfast available for the crew members, they will sometimes bring in the maple cured bacon. It is heaven on earth, trust me. It may also take a few years off your life, so be careful!
Salad Bar
It is always nice to have a salad bar day as well. Some shows will have a weekly salad bar with all the toppings available to choose from. I would usually do a huge plate of spinach and load up on all the healthy toppings. So much better than weighing yourself down with the processed junk foods that are available too.
Chicken Noodle Soup
On the cold days when you are working outside, it was always a pleasure to get some type of soup to warm you up. My favorites are the tried and true Chicken Noodle Soup and the ever creamy Clam Chowder!
